WOC 2014 Exhibitor News Flash #1

The Exhibitor Service Manual is is designed to help you plan all the details of your booth, providing order forms, access to ordering online through Freeman Online and contains detailed deadline reminders. Careful reading of the ESM is vital and will allow you to order early and take advantage of reduced rates, as discounts may apply for those who pre-order show services. Be sure to share important deadlines and rules & regulations with your staff and any appointed contractors in the EAC section.


Click the Sign In link in the upper right hand corner of the WOC website using your exhibitor eCode. Then click on the Service Manual icon.
The ESM is the official guide to the show. You'll find:
  • Regulations
  • Decorator Services
  • Shipping & Material Handling
  • Labor
  • Exhibitor Appointed Contractors
  • Utilities
Booth Carpeting: The exhibit hall is not carpeted but floor covering is required in every booth. In the ESM, click on the Carpet order form. Remember, you can save 30% by ordering your Freeman Services online by Dec. 27, 2013!

Booth ID Signs: Each exhibitor is provided with a standard booth identification sign at no charge when ordered by Dec. 27, 2013. If no order form is submitted, a booth identification sign WILL NOT be created for your company. In the ESM, click on Furnishings & Signs in the Provider Directory.

Vehicle Display: Any exhibitor wishing to display a motor vehicle or oversized machinery in their booth must complete the Vehicle Display form and return it to WOC Show Management by December 13, 2013. The form is in the WOC ESM under Regulations.

Exhibitor Registration
Now Open!
Click the sign In link in the upper right hand corner of the WOC website using your exhibitor eCode. Once your dashboard appears, click the Booth Personnel icon. Next, click the yellow Register Booth Personnel button and you will be automatically logged in to yo`ur CSI Dashboard. Exhibitors may register for educational sessions. You can register for these classes online at the same time you register for exhibitor badges.

Lead Retrieval for WOC 2014:

Order your lead retrieval units from CompuSystems, the show's official registration company. Choose from handheld units, a desktop unit with paper printout & a mobile app for smartphones & tablets. Click here to log into the website with your eCode, choose Service Manual & click All Order Forms to find the Lead Retrieval units. FREEMAN -- Information & Deadlines

As the official service contractor for World of Concrete 2014, Freeman is pleased to provide services to you. This email contains important information to help plan your event. If you have any questions, contact them at 702-579-1700. Have a great show!

Booth Information
Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high BLACK back wall drape and 36" high BLACK side rail dividers. Also provided is one (1) two-line identification sign with logo if ordered in advance. Please complete the Identification Sign Order Form by the deadline date to receive the sign at no charge.

Exhibit Hall Carpet
The exhibit area is NOT carpeted, but floor covering IS required. Please place an order with Freeman or you may bring your own flooring. The aisles will be carpeted with a BLACK/GRAY blend.

Important Deadline Dates
Discount Price Deadline Date: In order to receive advance order discount rates listed on the price sheets, we must receive your order and payment by Dec. 27, 2013. Save money by ordering in advance. All orders placed at show site will be charged an additional 30% above the advance rate.

Take advantage of the Online Special price by ordering online at Freeman by Dec. 27, 2013.


Jan. 8, 2014 -- Advance warehouse shipping deadline (shipments that arrive after this date will incur an additional charge).

The Export Directory is for U.S. Exhibitors interested in exporting goods/services to countries outside the U.S.

The Export Directory is distributed in the International Business Center where international attendees come to register, network, and conduct business.

In accordance with Department of Commerce policy, products and services included in the Export Interest Directory must be either produced or manufactured in the United States, or if produced or manufactured outside of the United States, must contain at least 51 percent* U.S. content and must be marketed under the name of a U.S. firm.

*51 percent U.S. content means 51 percent of the total pre-margin value of the product or service. Marketing, packaging and domestic transportation charges that are included in the pre-margin cost may be included in the 51 percent.
